It is recommended to wash all our products in cold water.

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via PayPal, major credit cards and other secure online payment methods.

What happens if I don't receive my order confirmation email?

If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check that the email address you entered during checkout is correct. If everything is OK, check your spam folder. Sometimes due to the high flow during drops, emails may arrive with a few minutes of delay. For more information contact our customer service at aznmilano@gmail.com

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order is taken over by the BRT carrier. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact us. Also just go to the Tracking section on our website and enter the tracking number.

Can I modify or merge multiple orders into one?

No, once confirmed, orders cannot be merged. Our system automatically generates a shipping note for each order. If the goods have not yet been shipped, you can contact our Customer Care to request the modification of some shipping details. However, it will not be possible to merge two shipments.

SHIPPING

How long does it take to receive my order?

In Italy and Europe, delivery takes place within 1-2 working days from the date of delivery to BRT. For the rest of the world, delivery time is between 1-5 working days , excluding any customs delays.

What do I do if the package arrives damaged or tampered with?

If the package is damaged, you can refuse delivery or sign with reservation. It is necessary to take photos of the package before and after opening and contact the BRT courier and our Customer Care ( aznmilano@gmail.com ) reporting what happened.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been shipped?

No, once shipped, we can no longer make changes; however, you can contact BRT directly at the following number 02 5087411 . to request any changes to the address.

RETURNS

What is AZNMILANO's return policy?

You can return items within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged and with all tags attached.

Who pays the return costs?

The return costs are borne by the customer. The fee is €8.90 .

Can I use a courier of my choice for the return?

No, we provide a prepaid return label via BRT, which must be used to return the item. Self-delivered returns will not be accepted.

What happens if I return an item that is damaged or does not comply with the return policy?

In this case, we will not exchange the product. The customer can decide to receive the item again at his own expense.

SIZE CHANGE

Can I change the size of an item?

You can purchase the new size and return the incorrect one, following the standard return procedure. If the site is closed, contact us to check the availability of the size.
